Q #2) Will there be a conference program agenda/schedule/itinerary?
Absolutely! We have a tentative schedule up in conference details
Q #3) What day will I be presenting?

Q #4) Can family and friends attend the conference?
Most certainly! We would be delighted to have you bring your friends and loved ones to our conference. However, keep in mind that everyone needs to register accordingly.
Q #5) Are posters being provided for the poster presentations?
Q #6) Where should I park at UNM?
Saturday parking is free at C lot.
Sunday parking is free at T lot at the corner of Lomas and University.
Information can be found at UNM Parking and Transportation Services (UNM PATS). We recommend parking in one of the parking garages on campus (Cornell and Yale Parking Garages) or other open daily rate lots. You will have to pay an hourly rate for your lot at a toll booth, and rates can be found in the UNM PATS website.
Q #7) What technology is available in the room where I will be presenting?
If you have prepared your presentation via a multimedia interface, such as PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Slides, etc., you may either:
1. Bring your own laptop with the appropriate compatibility (for instance, if you need a hookup to our projectors, please ensure that your computer either has an HDMI port, or you bring a dongle which allows HDMI connections)
2. Bring along a USB flash drive that contains your presentation, and we can be sure to provide you the appropriate hardware to have your presentation appear stellar!
We will provide accouterments to hang all posters. Your posters should meet the guidelines set forth in the Call for Papers.

You must register for the Friday excursion when you register for the conference. There are 50 spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
